§ 4-1 Use prohibited.

Hereafter, it shall be unlawful to use or fire an air rifle within the limits of the Borough of Paulsboro, New Jersey.

§ 4-2 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating the provisions of § 4-1 of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, before a Justice or other proper officer, forfeit and pay a fine of $5 and costs of prosecution.
