Borough of Paulsboro, NJ Article V Skatemobiles and Coasters [1]

§ 69-33 Use of sidewalks prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to use upon the sidewalks of the Borough of Paulsboro a device known as a coaster or skatemobile.

§ 69-34 Violations and penalties.

Upon arrest and conviction for so doing, the party or parties shall pay a fine not exceeding $5 for each and every offense. Said fine to be turned into the Borough treasury by the Magistrate in charge.

§ 69-35 Inconsistent ordinances repealed; when effective.

All ordinances inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall take effect immediately after it has passed the due course of law, and shall be known as Ordinance No. 3-1915.
