It shall be unlawful for any person within the Borough of Paulsboro to:
A. 
Throw or cause to be thrown or placed upon any Borough road trash, stones, dirt or any other materials other than for the purpose of constructing, repairing or maintaining Borough roads.
B. 
Spill or cause to be spilled upon any Borough roadway any petroleum product, chemical, hazardous material or any other fluid, substance or material which impedes, obstructs or makes dangerous the traffic thereon or damages or has the potential to damage the surface of said roadway.
C. 
Discharge or drain, or permit or cause to be discharged or drained, upon any Borough roadway any liquid or material such as sewerage, wash water, drainage from any farm property or other place where the fluid or liquid discharge constitutes waste material.
D. 
Drive upon any Borough road with any vehicle or farm implement which injures or tears up the surface or shoulder or which in any way damages any Borough road or any portion thereof.
E. 
Injure, damage or destroy any gutter, sidewalk, shoulder or slope of any Borough road.
Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 and/or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days.
