As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Shall include any device used for preparation of food, including but not limited to: charcoal, electric, or piped natural gas or propane barbecue devices, smokers or "green eggs" or similar devices.
For this section, an easement is an interest in land owned by another person, consisting in the right to use or control the land, or an area above or below it, for a specific limited purpose. Specifically, this may be any area generally used by the public pedestrian that is at or near a public road, such as an unpaved sidewalk area.
Any item or items, whether permanent or mobile, that require for their use the congregation of one or more persons in and about the immediate area of the item or items. This definition is intended to include, but is not limited to, basketball hoops and hockey goals.
A pit dug into the ground or encased in a surrounding structure (as of masonry or steel) in which a fire is kept burning for cooking, warmth, etc. This definition may include oil drums, steel drums or any other makeshift device that would be used for warmth or cooking food.
Any goods or services being sold on a public sidewalk, easement or thoroughfare without a Borough license or permit.
A cooking utensil/vessel usually with parallel bars on which food is exposed to heat (as from gas, charcoal or electricity). See also "barbeque."
Any mode of transportation that operates by some kind of motorization, including but not limited to automobiles, motorcycles, motor scooters, electric bicycles, electric transportation devices, Segways or similar devices.
