Township of Pennsauken, NJ Article V Municipal Engineer

[Adopted 3-13-1978 by Ord. No. 78-3 as Art. IX of Ch. 52 of the 1977 Code]

§ 52-23 Establishment of office; qualifications; term of office.

A. An office of the Municipal Engineer is hereby established.

B. An engineer appointed to this office will be a licensed professional engineer in the State of New Jersey.

C. His term of office will be as prescribed by law.[1]
