These regulations specifically repeal and replace the following ordinance(s) and regulation(s): repeal Chapter 166, Flood Control, as was previously adopted and amended by 1987-41, 2007-28, and 2016-11 and replace with Chapter 166, titled, "Floodplain Management Regulations of the Township of Pennsauken."
