[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners (now Town Council) of the Town of Phillipsburg 6-19-1969 by Ord. No. 998 (Ch. 37 of the 1969 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
A. 
There is hereby established as the Official Map of the Town of Phillipsburg, the map entitled the "Official Map of the Town of Phillipsburg, Warren County, New Jersey," scale one inch equals 400 feet, dated June 5, 1967, as prepared by John P. O'Donnell, Municipal Engineer.
B. 
The Official Map was revised on April 17, 1971, as prepared by John P. O'Donnell, Municipal Engineer.

Said map is adopted for the purpose of conserving and promoting the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the Town of Phillipsburg.

The fee for a copy of said Official Map shall be $1 for a small map and $2.50 for a large map.

A. 
Topographical maps were prepared by GEOD Corporation from a flight flown over the Town of Phillipsburg on March 22, 1988, by photogrammetric methods from aerial photographs.
B. 
The fee for a copy of said topographical maps shall be $50 per sheet.
