The following definitions shall apply in the
interpretation and enforcement of this chapter:
PERSON
Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation,
company or organization of any kind.
PROPERTY
Any real property within the Township which is not a street
or highway.
VEHICLE
A machine propelled by power other than human power designed
to travel along the ground by use of wheels, treads, runners or slides
and transport persons or property or pull machinery and shall include,
without limitation, automobile, truck, trailer, motorcycle, tractor,
buggy, wagon and pickup truck cap.

No person shall abandon any vehicle within the
Township, and no person shall leave any vehicle at any place within
the Township for such time and under such circumstances as to cause
such vehicle reasonably to appear to have been abandoned.
Any person violating any of the provisions of
this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $200 or be imprisoned
in the county jail for a period not exceeding 90 days, or be both
so fined and imprisoned. Each day such violation is committed or permitted
to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable
as such hereunder.
