No person shall park a vehicle other than one
bearing the appropriate handicapped license plate or displaying a
handicapped sign or certificate issued by the New Jersey Department
of Motor Vehicles in a parking space designated as a handicapped parking
space.

Any person violating this article shall be fined
$250 for a first offense and $250 plus a maximum of 90 days community
service on such terms and in such form as the court deems appropriate,
or any combination thereof, for all subsequent offenses.
