No person or persons shall kindle or set any fire nor burn any waste, trash, rubbish or other materials whatsoever (other than within a dwelling house or other building) in the Township of Riverside aforesaid, at any time, unless permission to do so is received from the Township Committee or from the Fire Marshal of the Township of Riverside.

Any person, firm, corporation, association or legal party whatsoever who shall violate, or authorize or procure a violation, or cause to be violated, any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided under Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty.
