The parking of motor vehicles in the areas on
and adjacent to the Memorial Field Parking Lot shall be in accordance
with the rules and regulations hereinafter set forth.
Lines or markings shall be placed on the pavement
for the purpose of designating parking spaces for each vehicle. It
shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in areas other than those marked
as parking spaces.

Fifteen-minute courtesy parking of nonelectric
vehicles in designated "charging station" spaces at the Memorial Field
parking lot for pickup and dropoff only shall be permitted. All other
times parking for electric vehicles only while charging.
The effectiveness of this article is contingent on signs being
erected as required by law.
