All fishing activity of any kind shall be prohibited at the following locations:
A. 
On the Woodcliff Lake Causeway:
Street
Side
Location
Woodcliff Avenue
North and south
From Pascack Road to Broadway
B. 
On Pascack Road:
Street
Side
Location
Pascack Road
East
From Church Road to Woodcliff Avenue
The areas where fishing is prohibited on Borough property shall also be delineated and more precisely set forth upon a map made by the Borough Engineer and kept on file at the Borough Hall.
The areas described in § 183-2 and marked on the map on file at the Borough Hall shall be prominently marked with signs reading "Fishing Prohibited" pursuant to this chapter.
A violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of up to $100 for each violation or imprisonment for up to 30 days, in the discretion of the Judge.
