The areas where fishing is prohibited on Borough property shall also be delineated and more precisely set forth upon a map made by the Borough Engineer and kept on file at the Borough Hall.
The areas described in § 183-2 and marked on the map on file at the Borough Hall shall be prominently marked with signs reading "Fishing Prohibited" pursuant to this chapter.
A violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of up to $100 for each violation or imprisonment for up to 30 days, in the discretion of the Judge.
