A. 
One-way streets. The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule F (§ 177-38A), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
B. 
Private property open to the public. The areas, aisles or lanes of private property open to the public, described in Schedule F (§ 177-38B), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way areas, aisles or lanes in the direction indicated. These areas, aisles or lanes shall be clearly marked by the erection of appropriate signs indicating the direction of travel. Such signs shall be erected and maintained at the expense of the property owner, and the size, shapes and height thereof shall be approved by the Township Committee, and such signs shall be obeyed and directions enforced in accordance with the provisions of Title 40 of the New Jersey Revised Statutes (N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46).
Entrances, exits and driveways to parking yards and parking places which are open to the public or to which the public is invited as described in Schedule G (§ 177-39) shall be clearly marked and designated by the erection of dual-faced signs perpendicular to the street from which entrances and exits are made so as to be visible to traffic traveling in both directions. Such signs shall be erected and maintained at the expense of the property owner, and the size and shape and height thereof shall be approved by the Township Committee, and such signs shall be obeyed and their directions enforced in accordance with the provisions of Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated (N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-197).
