All plans shall be prepared for review by the
Borough prior to the commencement of construction of an improved property
or changes of an improved property that will change flow, connection,
or usage of the sanitary system. The Borough may require that all
plans be submitted by a registered professional engineer.
The Borough may specify the scale, size and
materials of preparation of plans submitted to the Borough.
Plans submitted shall show:
A. The location of all lines existing and proposed;
B. The sewer line right-of-way at least 30 feet wide;
E. The distance of lines from any aboveground or below-ground
structures;
F. The depth of all proposed lines;
G. The point of lateral connection and point of system
connection of the said lateral, if lateral is to be installed;
H. Location of any special facilities or pumps required;
and
I. Location of all lines in relation to all property
lines that exist within 50 feet of proposed lines or existing lines.
The Borough may require all applicable plans
provide information as required by Act 287.
The Borough may require any other supportive
data necessary for a proper review of submitted plans, including but
not limited to capacity calculations for both pressure and gravity
pipes and special facilities features.
