A. 
The Village of Orchard Park shall contain, on and after the effective date of this section, in addition to the territory theretofore contained within its boundaries, the following described territory, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land located south of Thorne Avenue in the Town of Orchard Park, County of Erie, State of New York and being part of Lot 22, Township 9, Range 7 of the Holland Land Company's Survey and further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Thorne Avenue, also being the north line of Lot 22, Township 9, Range 7, 318.78 feet west of the east line of Lot 22, Township 9, Range 7, said point also being the northwest corner of the Village of Orchard Park; thence south and along the west line of the Village of Orchard Park; thence south and along the west line of the Village of Orchard Park approximately 625, plus or minus, feet to the south line of land conveyed to the Orchard Park Veneer and Container Corporation by Liver 4606 Page 272; thence west and along the aforementioned south line of the Orchard Park Veneer and Container Corporation as aforementioned; thence northerly along said west line 622.19 feet to the center line of Thorne Avenue; thence east along the center line of Thorne Avenue 39.22 feet to the point or place of beginning and containing 0.56 acres, plus or minus.
Excepting that portion of the above-described within the bounds of Thorne Avenue being a dedicated street and having a full width of 66 feet.
B. 
The territory described in Subsection A of this section is hereby annexed to the Village of Orchard Park pursuant to the provisions of § 714 of the General Municipal Law.
C. 
The territory described in Subsection A of this section and annexed to the Village of Orchard Park by this act shall be included in the First Election District of the said Village.
D. 
The annexation of the above territory described in Subsection A of this section shall become effective on the 15th day of February 1975.

A. 
The Village of Orchard Park shall contain, on and after the effective date of this section, in addition to the territory theretofore contained within its boundaries, the following described territory, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land, situated in the Town of Orchard Park, County of Erie and State of New York being part of Lot 22, Township 9 and Range 7 of the Holland Land Company's Survey and being particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Woodland Drive distant 906.96 feet northerly from the center line of Armor Road as measured along the westerly line of lands conveyed by deeds recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 3146 of Deeds at page 443, Liber 3198 of Deeds at page 5 and Liber 3805 of Deeds at page 484, thence northerly and along the westerly line of Woodland Drive, which at that point is also a portion of the easterly line of said premises, conveyed by deed recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 3805 of Deeds at page 484 a distance of 100 feet; thence westerly and at right angles to said last described line a distance of 200 feet and southerly at right angles to the last described line a distance of 100 feet; thence easterly at right angles to said last described line a distance of 200 feet to the point or place of beginning.
B. 
The territory described in the Subsection A of this section is hereby annexed to the Village of Orchard Park pursuant to the provisions of § 714 of the General Municipal Law.
C. 
The territory described in Subsection A of this section and annexed to the Village of Orchard Park by this act shall be included in the Zoning District R-1 and be so indicated on the official Zoning Map of the Village.
D. 
The annexation of the above territory described in Subsection A of this section shall become effective on the ninth day of February 1981.

A. 
After notice to and petition by all of the appropriate landowners at a joint public hearing with the Orchard Park Town Board, the Village of Orchard Park now ratifies the annexation of the following property:
All of sublots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 as shown on Map Cover 2407 recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office and that portion of sublots 8, 9, 10, 11, 18 and 19 and the area designated for a proposed roadway named Misty Meadows all as shown on Map Cover 2407 which is not presently located within the boundaries of the Village of Orchard Park, County of Erie and State of New York.
B. 
Said annexation is made by the Village of Orchard Park subject to the subdivision and floodplain regulations as set out by the Town of Orchard Park, as well as whatever other appropriate governmental rules, regulations or statutes may apply, and the petitioners, Arthur A. Rauch and Irene A. Rauch or their heirs, successors or assigns shall pay any and all engineering costs relative to the land development review conducted by the Village of Orchard Park for the subject property.

Amending § 225-7, Zoning Map, to ratify the annexation approvals of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Orchard Park and the Town Board of Orchard Park at a joint hearing held thereof on March 19, 2003, for certain real property at the northern end of North Davis Street in the Village of Orchard Park described in the petition presented to those Boards and/or filed with their respective clerks and further to include said property within the boundaries of the Village of Orchard Park as a part of the R-2 Zone of the Village of Orchard Park.
B. 
Descriptions of said property are attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.

Murphy/Bieler property.
(a) 
Description.
All that tract or parcel of land, situate in the Town of Orchard Park, County of Erie and State of New York being part of Lot No. 15, Township 9, Range 7 of the Holland Land Company's Survey bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of lands conveyed to Carl V. Ziebarth by deed recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 4281 of Deeds at Page 43, thence west and along the southerly line of lands so conveyed to Ziebarth a record distance of 246.08 feet and a measured distance of 248.59 feet to the northeasterly corner of lands conveyed to Ward D. Abbott by deed recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 4396 of Deeds at Page 510; thence southerly along the east line of lands so conveyed to Ward D. Abbott 105.54 feet to the northwesterly corner of lands conveyed to Paul C. Scheier by deed recorded in Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 8613 of Deeds at page 105; thence easterly along the north line of lands so conveyed to Scheier a record distance of 247.06 feet and a measured distance of 247.9 feet to the west line of lands conveyed to Taylor-Lane Corporation by deed recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 5091 of Deeds at page 579; thence northerly along the west line of lands so conveyed to Taylor-Lane Corporation a distance of 117.12 feet to the point or place of beginning.
(b) 
The proposed annexation applies only to so much of the above-described property as is located in the Town of Orchard Park at the time of the making of this petition.
(2) 
Kroll/Scheier/Bieler property.
(a) 
Description.
All that tract or Parcel of Land, situated in the Village and Town of Orchard Park, County of Erie and State of New York and being part of Lot Number 15, Township nine, Range seven of the Holland Land Company's Survey, bounded and described as follows:
Parcel A
Beginning at a point in the easterly line of land deeded to Alice M. Tool by deed recorded in Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 1139 of Deeds at Page 413, which point is 765.3 feet north of the center line of West Quaker Street, thence westerly 64.02 feet; thence northerly and parallel with the west line of Lot Number 15, 692.34 feet to the south line of land deeded to Ziebarth by deed recorded in said Clerk's Office in Liber 4201 of Deeds at Page 43, thence easterly along said Ziebarth's south line, 64.02 feet to the point of intersection of Ziebarth's south line of the center line of North Davis Street projected northerly, thence southerly along the center line of North Davis Street is projected northerly 692.34 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting and reserving that portion of premises heretofore deeded to the Village for highway purposes and being within the boundaries of North Davis Street.
Also excepting and reserving that portion of the premises heretofore conveyed to Timothy D. Colley and Kim M. Colley, his wife, in a Deed recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office on October 8, 1986 in Liber 9628 of Deeds at Page 498.
Subject to easements, restrictions and rights-of-way of record, if any.
This property is not encumbered by a credit line mortgage.

All that tract or parcel of land situated in the Village and Town of Orchard Park, County of Eric and State of New York, being part of Lot No. 15, Township 9, Range 7 of the Holland Land Company's Survey, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the northeast corner of the lands conveyed to Yates by a deed recorded in Liber 4237 of Deeds at Page 97; running thence northerly 104 feet to a point; running thence westerly 247.05 feet to a point on the east line of the lands conveyed to Ward D. Abbott by deed recorded in Liber 4396 of Deeds at page 510; running thence southerly along the said east line of the lands conveyed to Ward D, Abbott as aforesaid to the northwest corner of the lands conveyed to Yates by deed recorded in Liber 4237 of Deeds at Page 97; thence running easterly 247.7 feet along the north line of the line conveyed to Yates to the point or place of beginning.
(b) 
The proposed annexation applies only to so much of the above-described property as is located in the Town of Orchard Park at the time of the making of this petition.
(3) 
Obrist/young property.
(a) 
Description.
All that tract or parcel of land, situate in the Town and Village of Orchard Park, County of Eric and State of New York, being part of Lot No. 15, Township 9, Range 7 of the Holland Land Company's Survey, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of North Davis Street, continued northerly and which point is measured eleven-hundred-forty-eight-and-eighty-two-hundredths-foot northerly from the intersection of the center line of West Quaker Street and the center line of North Davis Street; thence measured easterly and at right angles with the center line of North Davis Street a distance of 247.7 feet; thence measured northerly and parallel with the center line of North Davis Street a distance of 100 feet; thence measured westerly and parallel with the first described line a distance of 247.7 feet to the center line of North Davis Street, continued northerly; thence measured southerly and along the center line of North Davis Street a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.569 feet, more or less.
(b) 
The proposed annexation applies only to so much of the above-described property as is located in the Town of Orchard Park at the time of making of this petition.
