As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
BUSES
Includes tour buses, charter buses, common carriers of passengers by motor vehicles or other passenger vehicles with a passenger-carrying capacity of more than 10 passengers being driven or operating within the limits of the Town of Nantucket.

All buses shall comply with the dimensional regulations of height, length and width as applicable to the various streets, roads and ways of the Town as set forth by the Select Board in a chart to be entitled "Bus Size per Street" to be adopted after public hearings by the Select Board and placed on file with the Town Clerk.
