Any individual or group requesting scheduled use of the community center site park or any other park owned and operated by the Village shall apply for a permit. Permit holders shall have priority over non-permit holders and be entitled to usage of requested areas upon approval.

The permit shall state the requested area and reason for the request as well as all other pertinent information needed to fill such request, such as date, time, activity planned, name of group and fees, as well as a signature of an individual or representative of the applying group.

All permits shall be issued subject to park rules and regulations and issued in writing by an authorized employee designated by the Village Manager. The person to whom such permits have been granted shall be bound by such rules and regulations as fully as though the same were inserted in the permits, and any person or organization to whom such permit has been granted shall be liable for any loss, damage or injuries sustained by the Village or by any person by reason of the negligence of the person or persons to whom such permits have been granted, their servants and agents. No permit holder shall be allowed to sublet any approved facilities or activity areas.
