It is the desire of the Board of Supervisors of Montgomery Township, Montgomery County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to organize an Industrial Development Authority in said Montgomery County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the Economic Development Financing Law.[1]

In pursuit of the desire and intention and in conformity with the terms and provisions of the Economic Development Financing Law, the proposed Articles of Incorporation are hereby set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.[1] The proposed Articles of Incorporation of said Authority shall be executed by and on behalf of the Board of Supervisors of Montgomery Township by the Chairman of said Board, the seal of Montgomery Township shall thereto be affixed and attested to by the Secretary of said Board. After properly executed, the Articles of Incorporation shall be filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
