This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Montgomery Township Alarm Systems Ordinance."
The Township has adopted Section 7511 (Control of Alarm Devices and Automatic Dialing Devices) of the Pennsylvania Crimes Code, as amended, to govern false alarms within the Township.[1]
