The Board of Township Supervisors of the Township of North Middleton, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby signifies its intention and desire to organize an Authority under the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, approved May 2, 1945, P. L. 382, as amended and supplemented (the "Act"),[1] for the purposes of exercising any and all powers conferred by said Act.

The Chairman of the Board of Township Supervisors and the Secretary-Treasurer of the Township hereby are authorized and directed to execute, in behalf of this Township, Articles of Incorporation for said Authority, in substantially the following form.[1]

The Board of Supervisors of this Township hereby signifies its intention and desire to organize for the purpose of flood control and recreation related to LeTort Spring Run, an Authority jointly with the Borough of Carlisle and County of Cumberland, all situated in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, under the Pennsylvania Act of May 2, 1945, P. L. 382, known as the "Municipality Authorities Act of 1945," as amended and supplemented (Act).[1]
