[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors
of the Township of Palmer 11-23-1976 by Ord. No. 163; amended in its entirety 12-10-2012 by Ord. No.
2012-417. Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
This ordinance shall be known and may be cited
as the "Cable Television Franchise Ordinance."
The Palmer Township Board of Supervisors hereby approves the
cable franchise agreement between Palmer Township and Service Electric
Cable TV in the same form as that attached hereto as Exhibit A, which
shall be executed on behalf of Palmer Township.[1]
