City of Pottsville, PA Chapter 147 Mechanical Standards

§ 147-1 Adoption of standards.

The Uniform Construction Code, contained in 34 Pa. Code Chapters 401 through 405, as amended from time to time, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as the municipal building code of the City of Pottsville.

§ 147-2 Repealer.

Ordinance Number 599[1] of the City of Pottsville, entitled the "International Mechanical Code, 1998 Edition," and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
