In addition to any other penalty provided hereinbefore, any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter, including the failure to pay the trash tax or fee as required in Article I of this chapter, shall, upon conviction before any District Justice, be punished by a fine of not more than $600 or, in default thereof, by imprisonment for not more than 30 days. Each day's failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter, as aforesaid, as well as each truckload of illegally delivered trash pursuant to Article III of this chapter, shall constitute a separate violation.
