Stop signs shall be installed to control the entry of traffic from the stop streets to the through streets enumerated in Exhibit A, which is on file in the Township office.
Stop signs shall be installed to control the entry of traffic from all intersecting streets at the intersections listed in Exhibit A which is on file in the Township offices.
The South Fayette Township Board of Commissioners is hereby empowered to modify, amend, delete and/or alter all or part of Exhibit A by the adoption of an official, legally adopted resolution of the Board of Commissioners.
The appropriate employees of the Township arc hereby empowered to erect official signs indicating "stop" as required by law at the intersections enumerated in Exhibit A.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.).
