[1] Editor's Note: Former §§ 78-1 through 78-14 were repealed 10-17-2001 by Ord. No. 2001-04, with respect to all new land development, construction and demolition occurring within the Township. This ordinance also provided that all certificates of appropriateness issued pursuant to Ord. No. 23, as amended, shall remain unimpaired and shall be subject to the penalties of § 78-15.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a summary offense and, upon conviction, shall be punishable as provided in § 140-99 of the Code of the Township of Straban.
