It shall be unlawful to barricade, bar or block
by any means, or to lay, sit or stand upon, any of the passage, entrance
or exit ways to, in, about or out of, any church, place of entertainment,
store, restaurant, mercantile establishment, public building, or any
place occupied for public use or accommodation, whether upon public
or private property, during the hours such occupancy is open to the
public, so as to interfere with or obstruct the free and unimpeded
passage of persons or equipment along the same.

Any person who shall violate any provision of
this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a
fine of not less than $30 nor more than $600 and costs of prosecution,
or, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment
for not more than 30 days. Every day that a violation of this chapter
continues shall constitute a separate offense.
