It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, suffer, allow, permit
or maintain on private or public property in the Township any nuisance, including
but not limited to accumulations of garbage, rubbish or other waste material,
the storage of abandoned or junked automobiles and any dump or dumping ground,
whether or not for profit or compensation, whereby accumulations of garbage,
rubbish or other waste material may result. It shall be unlawful to carry
on any offensive manufacture or business in the Township.

The Board shall have the power to remove any nuisance or dangerous structure
on public or private grounds within the Township, after notice to the owner
or occupier to do so and his default, and shall collect the costs of such
removal, together with a penalty of $500 for the use of the Township, to be
collected from the owner or occupier of said premises by summary proceedings.
If any person or persons shall violate this chapter, the Board shall
have the power, in the name of the Township, to institute proceedings against
him or them in the Courts of Equity for injunctive or other equitable relief.

Any person violating the provisions of § 127-1 shall, upon summary conviction before a District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $300 nor more than $1,000, plus the costs of prosecution. In default of the payment of said fine, said person shall be sentenced to undergo imprisonment in the Bucks County Prison for a period of up to 30 days. Each day's violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
