There is hereby levied, by virtue of Act No.
511 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, approved December 31, 1965,
and its amendments,[1] a per capita tax of $5 per person for each citizen or
resident of the Township of Washington, Berks County, Pennsylvania,
of voting age.

The Tax Collector for the Township of Washington,
Berks County, Pennsylvania, is hereby authorized and empowered to
collect said per capita tax of $5 per person, as other taxes are collected
by law, either by levy or attachment of wages or by such other means
as are now provided by law or which may be provided in the future.
