A. 
Parking of motor vehicles shall be prohibited at all times on both sides of Land Road for a distance of 500 feet, in each direction, from the entrance of the Bechtelsville Rod and Gun Club in the Township of Washington, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
B. 
Parking of motor vehicles shall be prohibited at all times on both sides of Moyer Road for a distance of 500 feet from its intersection with Lane Road in the Township of Washington, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
C. 
Parking of motor vehicles shall be prohibited at all times on the west side of Route 100 from Barto Road and proceeding south to a point 750 feet south of Barto Road in the Township of Washington, Berks County, Pennsylvania.

D. 
Parking of motor vehicles shall be prohibited at all times on the west side of Route 100 from Barto Road and proceeding north to a point 550 feet north of Barto Road in the Township of Washington, Berks County, Pennsylvania.

Parking of motor vehicles shall be prohibited at all times on the east side of Route 100 from Gehringer Road and proceeding north to a point 550 feet north of Gehringer Road in the Township of Washington, Berks County, Pennsylvania.

G. 
Parking of motor vehicles shall be prohibited at all times on the east and west sides of Ehst Road at its intersection with Meitzler Road to the south and running approximately 675 linear feet north, to its intersection with Route 100, in the Township of Washington, Berks County, Pennsylvania.

A. 
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $15 nor more than $25, together with the costs of prosecution, and, in default thereof, shall undergo imprisonment in the Berks County Prison for not less than one day nor more than 30 days.
B. 
The Township Roadmaster shall be responsible for enforcing this article. The Roadmaster shall also report to the appropriate official all violations of any provision of this article, indicating, in each case the section violated, the license number of the vehicle involved in the violation, the location where the violation took place and any other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances attending the violation.
C. 
The Roadmaster shall also attach to or place upon every such vehicle a notice stating that the vehicle was parked in violation of this article. The notice shall contain instructions to the owner or driver of the vehicle that, if he or she will report to Township Secretary and pay the sum of $5 within 48 hours after the time of the notice, or the sum of $7 within 72 hours after the time of the notice, the violator shall not be prosecuted and shall not be required to pay the fine and costs prescribed in the first sentence of this section.
