As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
INDIVIDUAL
Any person, persons, partnership, firm, company, corporation
or other association.
NOTICE
For purposes of authorizing the removing of a vehicle by
an authorized agent of the Township, the placing by a Township employee
of a written notice upon the vehicle.
NUISANCE
Includes but is not limited to the parking or leaving standing
any vehicle upon any street or any highway right-of-way of the Township
of Washington, Erie County, Pennsylvania, in such a way or at such
a time so as to prevent or interfere with the removal or plowing of
snow.
It shall be unlawful for any individual to park
or leave standing any vehicle upon any street or highway right-of-way
of the Township of Washington, Erie County, Pennsylvania, in such
a way or at such a time that will prevent or interfere with the removal
or plowing of snow.

Whenever an authorized agent of the Township
finds a vehicle in violation of this article, the agent may remove
the vehicle or cause the vehicle to be removed or towed to a position
off the roadway where the vehicle will not interfere with or prevent
the removal of or plowing of snow. All expenses of such removal, including
the towing and storing of said vehicle, shall be paid by the owner
of the vehicle.

A. Enforcement proceedings for violations of this article shall be as provided in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article
III, Criminal Enforcement.
B. Any individual violating the provisions of this article,
or aiding, abetting or assisting therein, shall, upon conviction thereof
before any District Justice in Erie County, Pennsylvania, be required
to pay a criminal fine in the amount of $50 per violation and shall
be imprisoned to the extent allowed by law for the punishment of summary
offenses.

Each day the vehicle shall remain parked or
left standing shall constitute a separate violation.
