A.
Township police shall deliver to each parking violator, by leaving in or on the illegally parked vehicle, a notice of the violation upon a form prescribed by the Township, giving the place, date and hour of the violation and stating, in addition, that the issuance of a summons to appear before a District Justice and the consequent imposition of fines and costs may be avoided by delivering or mailing to the Treasurer of Willistown Township within five days a prescribed portion of the notice, bearing the name and address of the owner of the vehicle, together with the sum of $25 in lieu of fines and costs.

B.
The procedure set forth in Subsection A above shall be followed in the case of violation of parking regulations or temporary regulations adopted pursuant to § 133-3 of this chapter, as well as to the following offenses:
(1)
Parking within 15 feet of a fireplug.
(2)
Parking within 25 feet of intersecting curbline.
(3)
Double parking.
(4)
Parking on the wrong side of the street facing oncoming traffic.
(5)
Parking more than six inches from curb.
(6)
Parking so as to block a private drive.
(7)
Parking on sidewalk.
(8)
Parking in a no-parking zone.

Parking in handicapped parking zone.

C.
If the prescribed sum of $25 is not received within five days after service of notice of violation, the violator shall be prosecuted before a District Justice as hereinafter provided.
