Licensing of entertainment and businesses — See Ch. 96.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons,
firms or corporations, whether principal or agent, to operate billiard
or pool rooms or to offer the use of billiard or pool rooms to the
public without first obtaining a license and paying a fee of $5, per
table per year, not to exceed $25 per year.

It shall be unlawful for a licensed keeper,
proprietor, owner or superintendent of any public poolroom or billiard
room located within the Borough of Wilson to permit such place to
remain open between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day.
Any person who violates any provision of this
chapter shall, upon summary conviction before any District Justice
in the County of Northampton, be fined not more than $300 for any
one offense, recoverable with costs, or be imprisoned not exceeding
30 days if the amount of the fine and costs are not paid. Each day
on which any person violates any provisions of this chapter may be
considered as a separate offense and punishable as such.
