The Board of Managers of Binghamton General Hospital is hereby authorized to negotiate and to enter into leases of certain available facilities at the hospital with health related agencies for the purposes of providing these facilities for the delivery of health care and other hospital related activities at such terms and under such conditions as are advantageous to the hospital and its stated aims and purposes.

This local law shall take effect September 1, 1974.
