A. 
The method of city government provided for in this title is defined as plan F, and upon the adoption by a city of plan F in the method prescribed by this act such plan shall become operative as provided in § G-20 hereof, and its powers of government shall be exercised as in this article provided.
B. 
The provisions of §§ G-43 through G-48, inclusive, of Article IV shall apply to plan F, and the plan shall be similar in all respects to plan D, except that the council shall consist of as many members as there are wards in the city, and one councilman shall be elected from each ward.
