The appropriate officers of New Hope Borough are hereby authorized to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Boroughs of Yardley, Morrisville, and Bristol and the Delaware and Lehigh National Heritage Corridor, Inc., to secure grants, related funds, and professional services to develop and prepare a regional downtown revitalization program and to establish a multi-year landmark towns regional revitalization program. A true and correct copy of the intergovernmental agreement, which is adopted hereby, is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.[1]
