Disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace — See Ch. 200.
No pyrotechnics or fireworks of any type whatsoever shall be used or operated inside of a building in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Pyrotechnics or fireworks shall be defined and include all items defined in 35 P.S. § 1272,[1] a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.[2] A "building" is defined as any structure with a roof or ceiling, even if that roof or ceiling is nonpermanent and removable.

Any person who uses or causes to be used fireworks or pyrotechnics inside a building in New Hope Borough shall be subject to pay a fine of $1,000 upon a first offense, and $2,000 upon a second or subsequent offense.
