Editor's Note: This ordinance maintained previous ordinances concerning stormwater management. Ordinance No. 643, adopted and approved 6-26-1995, implementing the Bushkill Creek Watershed Stormwater Management Plan, is on file in the office of the Borough Secretary. Ordinance No. 643 also superseded former Chapter 153, Subdivision and Land Development, Part 2, Flood Management Provisions, adopted 12-10-1979 by Ord. No. 551, approved 12-10-1979. Ordinance No. 735, adopted and approved 2-12-2007, superseded Ord. No. 643 and is also on file in the office of the Borough Secretary. Ordinance No. 681, adopted and approved 9-13-1999, implementing the Fry's Run Watershed Stormwater Management Plan, is on file in the office of the Borough Secretary. Ordinance No. 736, adopted and approved 2-12-2007, superseded Ord. No. 681 and is also on file in the office of the Borough Secretary.
