BUILDINGS — All principal structures, such as, but not limited, to single and multiple family dwellings, offices, places of business, public service facilities, commercial, industrial and charitable establishments, churches, schools, governmental and other institutions, but shall not include accessory buildings on the same lot that are occupied by the same person or entity as the principal building on such lot.
CONSPICUOUS LOCATIONA location that is visible to the traveling public from the road or street on which a building is located.
PERSONAny individual or individuals, partnership, association, firm, company, corporation or other legal entity, including the partners, officers and directors thereof.
PRINCIPAL USEThe primary purpose or function to which a parcel or tract of land is put.
TOWNSHIPManheim Township, York County, Pennsylvania, its Board of Supervisors, and designated agents, representative and/or employees.
