All construction of commercial buildings and structures in the City shall conform to the minimum standards of the International Building Code along with the provisions of Appendix G, Appendix I and Appendix J.

All construction of residential buildings and structures in the City shall conform to the minimum standards of the International Residential Code along with the provisions of Appendix G and Appendix H.
