Docking privileges are extended and reserved at the municipal dock by
establishing the following docking priority on the eastern side thereof between
the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and
5:30 p.m.:
A. The first space at the landward end of said dock is reserved
for the use of the vessel transporting mail to Tangier Island, Virginia.
B. The second and next adjoining space is reserved for the
use of the vessel transporting mail to or from Smith Island, Maryland.
No other vessel shall dock or remain docked at the aforesaid locations
or shall interfere with the privilege herein provided.

Violation of this chapter shall be declared to be an infraction. The
penalty for violation shall be $25 for each initial offense and $50 for each
repeat offense.

No vessel shall moor or anchor or remain moored or anchored at any municipal
dock or bulkhead at times or sites prohibited by posted or painted signs at
the site.
