The more restrictive provisions of the Fire Prevention Code promulgated
by the American Association of Fire Underwriters or the National Fire Prevention
Code promulgated by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International,
Inc. as revised from time to time be and are hereby added to the Fire Code
for the City of Crisfield and are herein incorporated in their entirety by
reference.

Editor's Note: Ordinance No. 339, adopted 5-14-1980, provided
that § 39-2 of the Code of the City of Crisfield shall supersede
this section to the extent it may be in conflict therewith.

A violation of this chapter shall be declared to be an infraction. The
penalty for violation shall be $25 for each initial offense and $50 for each
repeat offense.
