City of Crisfield, MD Article III Sale of Articles on Main Street and Parking Lots

§ 83-7 Sale of items from vehicles on Main Street.

It shall be unlawful for any hawkers, peddlers, dealers or any persons to sell any articles from any vehicles parked at parking meters on Main Street in the City of Crisfield, Maryland.

§ 83-8 Sale of items on municipal parking lots.

It shall be unlawful for any hawkers, peddlers, dealers or any persons to sell any articles on any municipal parking lot in the City of Crisfield, Maryland.

§ 83-9 Violations and penalties.

A violation of this article shall be declared to be an infraction. The penalty for violation shall be $25 for each initial offense and $50 for each repeat offense.
