Borough of Wanaque, NJ Article IX Municipal Assessment Searcher

§ 28-50 Creation of office.

There is hereby created the office of Municipal Assessment Searcher.

§ 28-51 Appointment.

The Municipal Assessment Searcher shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Borough Council.

§ 28-52 Term.

The term of Municipal Assessment Searcher shall be one year from the date of such appointment and advice and consent of the Borough Council.

§ 28-53 Duties.

The Municipal Assessment Searcher shall perform such duties as are assigned from time to time by the Mayor or Council.

§ 28-54 Compensation. [1]

The salary of the Municipal Assessment Searcher shall be as fixed by the annual Salary Ordinance of the Borough of Wanaque.
