There are hereby adopted and readopted those provisions as pertaining to soil removal as contained in the Code of the Borough of Wanaque heretofore enacted and denoted as Chapter
94, §§
94-1 through
94-15, to the extent that the same is not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
