If the
Chief of the Fire Department or the Code Enforcement Officer or any
inspector thereof shall find upon inspection of a building, premises
or structure, any rubbish, debris, waste or inflammable or combustible
or explosive material and/or that the same is not so arranged or disposed
of as to afford reasonable safeguard against danger of fire and/or
if he shall find that the articles, furniture, material, goods, wares
or merchandise, on or in such premises, building or structure, are
so arranged and disposed of that the occupants thereof or person rightfully
in or on the same would not, because of such arrangements and disposition,
be afforded reasonable access to the exits of such premises, building
or structure in case of fire and/or if he shall find that by reason
of such arrangements or disposition the members of the Fire Department
would be unnecessarily or unreasonably interfered with in the exercise
of their duties in and about such premises, building or structures
in the event of a fire in the same, the Chief of the Fire Department
or Code Enforcement Officer or any authorized representative thereby
may order in writing the removal of such materials from such premises,
building or structures on the disposing or arranging of the same on
or in such premises, building or structure in such manner as will
tend to remove such danger from fire. He may also order in writing
that such furniture, articles, material, goods, wares and merchandise
be so arranged and disposed of on or in such premises, building or
structures that the occupants thereof or the persons rightfully in
or on the same will be afforded all reasonable access to such exits
in case of fire and that the members of any Fire Department will be
afforded all reasonable facilities for the discharge of their duties
in such premises, building or structure in the event of fire.
