Moving traffic must keep parallel with and at
the extreme right side of the street unless when passing another vehicle
going in the same direction or when passing an obstruction on the
right-hand side of said street.
Vehicles must keep to the right of all limit
lines painted or marked in the center of the street.
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any
motor vehicle to operate such vehicle backward around the corner marking
the intersection of two streets in the Village of Irvington, but this
shall not be construed to make it unlawful to operate a motor vehicle
backward into a public street from a private way or entrance or a
loading zone.
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any
vehicle to operate such vehicle backwards against the normal direction
of traffic for a distance greater than is necessary to back from a
parking space.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate
any commercial vehicle on the following streets: Station Road, Washington
Avenue, Langdon Avenue, Harriman Road and Cyrus Field Road.

There shall be no through trucking on West Clinton
Avenue, on South Buckhout Street, on East Sunnyside Lane or on North
Buckhout Street.
The Police Department shall have the right to
change travel routes and directions and impose other restrictions
during emergencies.
