All business, except the election of such officers, and the determination of such matters, as by law are required, to be elected or determined by ballot, shall be considered at the Annual Town Meeting which shall be called by the Select Board by means of a separate Warrant dedicated to such purposes. The Annual Town Meeting shall be held on the third Monday in May, at 7:00 p.m. unless the Select Board votes on or before December 31 of the preceding year to establish another date and/or time within the fourth quarter of the fiscal year and any business still remaining to be addressed at the conclusion of said Monday's session of Town Meeting shall be adjourned to succeeding Wednesday and Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m. until all business has been concluded. The Select Board may, through a vote of the Board, call for the convening of an Annual or Special Town Meeting at a location beyond the geographic limits of the Town, provided that such location has been so delineated on the Warrant for the Meeting. Once convened, a meeting may be adjourned to another time and another location beyond the geographic limits of the Town only upon a motion by the Select Board to the members of the Town Meeting then in attendance whose majority vote in the affirmative shall be required.
