No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully
or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with
any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the sewage
works. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to charges
of disorderly conduct.
No unauthorized person shall enter or remain
in or upon any land or structure of the sewage works. Any person violating
this provision shall be subject to charges of trespass.
