The Superintendent of Highways or other officer
having charge of ways, for the purpose of removing snow or removing
ice from any way, may remove or cause to be removed to some convenient
place, including in such term a public garage, any vehicle interfering
in such work, and the owner of such vehicle shall be responsible for
the cost of such removal and all storage charges, if any, resulting
therefrom.
