§ 451-1 Expense of extensions in unaccepted streets.

All water extensions in unaccepted streets of the Town shall be made at the expense of the owners of the property to be serviced thereby. The department in charge of extending the service in question may, if it deems advisable, require that a deposit be made with the Town Treasurer to cover the estimated cost of such extensions.
